George received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1990. Throughout his career, Andy has held senior leadership roles at major organizations including Caterpillar Inc., Bonnell Aluminum, Wabash National, Liberty Mutual, and Monsanto. Most recently, he led enterprise-wide operational excellence initiatives at Liberty Utilities, delivering large-scale efficiency improvements, margin expansion, and strategic transformation aligned to financial and customer performance objectives.

Andy specializes in aligning financial governance with operational execution. His leadership approach integrates Lean systems, disciplined problem-solving, performance management frameworks, and capital stewardship. David joined Becon more than 40 years ago, beginning as a Group Leader in the Manufacturing Department. From the outset, he demonstrated strong technical command, work ethic, and leadership capability. Over the decades, he earned successive promotions into roles of increasing responsibility across production management, purchasing, and sales. This cross-functional progression provided him with a comprehensive understanding of Becon's operational workflows, supplier networks, cost structures, and customer expectations.

His leadership has consistently centered on disciplined execution, schedule adherence, margin management, and customer responsiveness. Having worked across both the operational and commercial sides of the business, David developed a balanced perspective that connects shop-floor performance with revenue growth and market positioning.

In 2014, David assumed the role of President. In this capacity, he has overseen manufacturing operations, strategic planning, and organizational alignment, ensuring Becon remains competitive in demanding industrial markets.

In 2024, David expanded his responsibilities to spearhead a new strategic direction for Becon by heading up Business Development. Candido (Candi) serves as Plant Manager of Becon Incorporated, bringing 25 years of hands-on manufacturing experience and operational leadership to the organization. His career reflects steady advancement built on technical skill, reliability, and deep shop-floor credibility.

Candi began his career at Becon as an Electrician, where he developed strong expertise in electrical systems, control integration, troubleshooting, and field-level execution. His early work required precision, safety discipline, and coordination with fabrication and engineering teams — forming the foundation for his broader operational perspective.

Through consistent performance and demonstrated leadership, Candi advanced into roles of increasing responsibility within production. Over the years, he gained comprehensive exposure to scheduling, workforce coordination, installation sequencing, and cross-functional collaboration between electrical, mechanical, and fabrication teams. Michael began his tenure at Becon as an Engineering Assistant, where he supported design documentation, technical revisions, and engineering coordination efforts. Vincent serves as Quality Manager of Becon Incorporated, bringing extensive international experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality) leadership across oil and gas, manufacturing, defense, and government sectors. With more than two decades of progressive responsibility, Vincent has led complex quality programs supporting pipelines, pressure vessels, offshore platforms, flow stations, and other mission-critical industrial infrastructure.

Vincent joined Becon in 2025 as Quality Manager, where he oversees the company's Quality Management System (QMS), regulatory compliance, internal and supplier audits, inspection protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives. He leads the development and maintenance of project-specific Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring alignment with customer specifications and internationally recognized standards.

He is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 through the International Register of Certificated Auditors and holds multiple ASNT SN-TC-1A Level II certifications, including Ultrasonic Testing (Shear Wave), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Visual Testing (VT), and Level I certification in Ultrasonic Testing (Longitudinal Wave). His technical credentials reflect deep competency in nondestructive examination (NDE), inspection validation, audit execution, and root cause analysis.

Prior to joining Becon, Vincent served as Quality Manager at Mark's Machine Co., Inc., where he developed and implemented the company's Quality Management System and led ISO 9001 certification efforts. He later held the role of HSEQ Manager at American Packing and Gasket, achieving ISO 9001:2015 recertification and strengthening compliance with international HSEQ standards. He also worked as a Consultant Quality Assurance Engineer with Pentair Valves & Controls, conducting supplier audits, managing nonconformance reports (NCRs), and leading corrective action initiatives.

Vincent has additional defense-sector experience, having served as a Quality Consultant supporting military and government programs through Armtec Defense Technologies, contributing to audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and documentation controls aligned with defense requirements. He also worked as a Quality Engineering Specialist with General Dynamics Electric Boat, supporting quality engineering functions within a highly regulated naval defense environment.
